Louise
Louise had exhausted other options in the NHS and had tried other programs privately.
Working with Mahi. she went from Type 2 Diabetes, to prediabetic, lost 7kg and took nearly 10cm off her waist.
Importantly Louise is now able to continue independently on her journey, continuing to improve her health.
Judith
Judith joined the Mahi Program as Type 2 Diabetic for a number of years and taking Gliclazide.
She has been able to stop all diabetes medicines and has an estimated A1c of 48.
She has better control and clarity of her gut symptoms which had made getting good diabetes control very difficult.

My blood pressure is lower and I may be able to come off one of my medications."
Max, in his 50's
"The course has helped me get a clearer understanding of diabetes.
It has given me clear goals and targets for diet and exercise that I understand."
Katrina, in her 60's
"This course helped me put all aspects of my life in context and showed me how everything is interrelated and how small changes can have a great impact."
If it's possible for them, it's possible for you...
The NHS Results from 2022-2023
Before Mahi Health launched in 2024, the program was delivered as a group in the NHS.
We do not currently run a program in the NHS due to the lack of NHS funding for our approach. While it is difficult to compare group results to 1-1 and higher intensity and personalised coaching, this helps you to see the depth of our results.
In this group of 12 people's results from the group, the average age was 67. The average A1c (blood glucose level) was 56.5 and this fell to 47.1 on blood testing after the intervention.
Average weight loss was 6.47kg (weight loss from 91.70kg to 85.23kg), a BMI reduction by 2.11 and blood presure drop by 2.0 (systolic) and 0.7 (diastolic).
Clients have made significant improvements in their health.
